Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical exams and order appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Perform a range of procedures, including central line insertion, arterial line insertion, vascath placement, and intubation, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to optimize patient care and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments for patients with critical illness conditions, leveraging your expertise in adult-gerontology acute care.
- Implement effective utilization management strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of patient care.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or PA license in the state of practice.
- Board certification in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a strong foundation in clinical skills and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Experience in critical care, although not required, is highly valued.
- New grad applicants are welcome to apply, with preference given to those with documented critical care cases to be submitted for credentialing.
- A competitive salary of $140,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year.
