About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Tax Professional to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Professional, you'll play a critical role in providing expert tax services to our clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timely support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients, utilizing virtual tools and face-to-face interactions to deliver exceptional service.
  • Prepare and review complete and accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
  • Provide clients with IRS support, including audit representation and tax notice services.
  • Mentor and support teammates, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax, with a focus on individual returns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing virtual tools and effective communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
