Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive online services to students in an Oklahoma school district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Offer online speech-language pathology services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • IEP Development: Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on thorough evaluations and customized to meet each student's specific needs.
  • Therapy Sessions: Facilitate interactive and engaging virtual therapy sessions using virtual tools and resources to improve students' communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and address the communication and educational needs of students.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of student progress, documenting each session and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all services are provided in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure: Current Oklahoma SLP license (CCCs)
  • Certification: Active Oklahoma teaching certificate
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
  • Virtual Experience: Experience providing virtual therapy services
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no Chromebooks/tablets allowed)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Employment Type: 1099 Contract Position
  • Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed weekly hours
  • Pay Rate: Competitive pay rate of $40-$55/hr depending on district budget and candidate experience
