Job Overview

As a Kitchen Lead at GetGo Caf + Market, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing kitchen team. Your primary focus will be on providing safe, efficient, and accurate food service, while also guiding and coaching team members to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Exceed customer expectations by providing prompt, friendly, and accurate service.
• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, focusing on quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Assist in setting and achieving sales and profit goals, while managing shrink and inventory.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that all team members have access to necessary resources and training to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
