  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Over seven (7+) years of experience in software development with a high-level programming language, particularly with Java.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Proven experience as a technical lead on software projects.
  • Experience in web development utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular), web services, software architecture design, and software testing and deployment.
  • Comfort in working with loosely defined or high-level requirements.
  • Ability to creatively identify customer needs and develop new requirements while applying knowledge of available methods, tools, and concepts.
  • Experience with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, CouchDB, HBase) focusing on query optimization, database design, and scalability.
  • A successful track record of working effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret level security clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
