About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric SLP, you will work with medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes, providing high-quality clinical care and support to help them grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat children with a range of developmental and neurological disorders, including autism, cerebral palsy, and feeding difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide education and training to families and caregivers on strategies for supporting their child's development and well-being

Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Passion for working with children and families
