Responsibilities:
  • Aid in daily living and personal care services for patients in their homes
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Perform skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue and promote wound healing
  • Work collaboratively with licensed care staff to coordinate patient care and follow established care plans
  • Strictly adhere to company nursing policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Home Health Aide
  • Ability to monitor vital signs and perform basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in English and nursing and healthcare administration skills
  • Caring and compassionate personality, with a current CPR certificate and First Aid training
  • Valid driver's license and high school degree
