About the Role

The Cement Bulk Plant Operator will play a critical role in maintaining and operating cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant at our Axis Fort Lupton, CO facility. This position requires a high level of safety awareness and environmental consciousness, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Operate Cementing Bulk Equipment
  • Responsible for Pulling Bulk Equipment to be Loaded and Used at the Well Site
  • Assist in Maintaining Inventory of Products and Supplies at the Bulk Plant
  • Load Bulk Chemicals for Jobs and Assist in Calculating Load Out Sheets
  • Coordinate the Movement of Bulk Products to and from the Facility
  • Ensure Compliance with Axis Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Policies, Guidelines, and Regulations
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned by Operations Management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • At Least One (1) Year Experience in Material Handling or Cementing Operations with an Oilfield Service Company
  • Active State-Issued Driver License in Good Standing
  • Ability to Travel as Job Requires
  • Work May Be Performed in All Weather Conditions
  • Mobility, Including Entering Confined Spaces, Entering Areas by the Use of Ladders or Other Access Devices Up to 15 Ft.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 75 Lbs.
  • Ability to Effectively Communicate, Both Verbally and Written in English
  • Basic Math Skills and Problem Solving and Organizational Skills
  • Demonstrated Ability to Communicate Effectively with Customers, Visitors, Vendors, and Other Employees
  • Reliable Telephone (Cell Phone) Communication and Transportation
  • Ability to Clear Eligibility on Axis Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Receipt of Proof of Eligibility to Work in the United States, as Required by Law
