Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering expert clinical services in both the delivery room and nursery settings.

Compensation Overview:
We provide a competitive compensation package that encompasses salary, benefits, and various incentive programs. The total compensation range reflects a variety of factors, including expertise, relevant experience, educational background, and organizational considerations. This range also includes potential incentive payments applicable to this position. A comprehensive benefits package is available for faculty members.
Compensation Range: $214,472 - $316,686 Total Cash Compensation

Required Education and Certifications:
- Medical Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Capability to secure an unrestricted California medical license.
- Eligibility for appointment to the appropriate academic rank within the CSMC Professorial Series.
- Proven track record of excellence in teaching, patient care, and administrative roles.
