Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee the pharmacy department's operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical care to all patients, prioritizing safety and efficacy.


Scope of Patient Care

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of patient care areas, including:

  • General Medicine/Surgical
  • Intensive Care Services
  • Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Pediatrics
  • Emergency Care
  • Oncology
  • Peri-operative Care
  • Geriatrics
  • Outpatient Services

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Preferred experience in hospital pharmacy operations.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Mission Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation, with a reasonable estimate for this role being $64.65 to $66.83. The specific starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, and licensure.
