Rio Grande Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at our freestanding emergency room in McAllen, Texas.
Specialization:Emergency Medicine
Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with experience
- 14,000 annual patient volume
- Up to 120 hours per month available
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 12-hour shifts
- Independent Contractor Status
- Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage provided
Our freestanding emergency room in McAllen, TX is an extension of our main facility Rio Grande Regional Hospital.
- Affiliation with Rio Grande Regional Hospital makes direct admission to the hospital simple and seamless
- 11 private treatment rooms and a highly specialized trauma room
- Blood Work processed on the on-site lab
- CT scan, ultrasound, and X-rays completed on site
- Meditech EMR
