Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead our project team in Washington, DC. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to drive projects from inception to occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams with expertise in design and technical questions.
  • Develop and oversee the preparation of concept designs, schematic designs, and construction documents.
  • Prepare project specifications and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
  • Attend construction meetings and make site observation visits as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years' experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Licensed Architect in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Newforma.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and effective communication skills.
