**Overview**

As a supervisory clinical psychologist with the Defense Health Agency, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and teamwork.

With its rich history dating back to the Indian Wars, Fort Sill has played a significant role in every major American conflict since 1869. The fort covers almost 94,000 acres and serves as home to the United States Army Field Artillery School, the Marine Corps' site for Field Artillery MOS school, and other notable institutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing psychological and clinical consultation to other professionals and paraprofessionals. Your expertise will help coordinate treatment plans, develop diagnostic impressions, and provide guidance on technical and administrative matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing psychological and clinical consultation to other professionals and paraprofessionals.
  • Coordinating with other agencies to assist with patient treatment.
  • Formulating diagnostic impressions, treatment plans, and recommendations utilizing test data and psycho-diagnostic interviews.
  • Providing guidance, counsel, and instructions to employees on technical and administrative matters.
  • Conducting psychological autopsies, evaluations, medical boards, sanity boards, security clearances, fitness for duty evaluations, and serving as a Clinical Supervisor in Behavioral Health.

**Required Qualifications**

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate who meets the following requirements:

  • A Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
  • One year of specialized experience in providing psychological counseling, developing treatment plans, and instructing others in therapeutic techniques.
  • A current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently offered by a U.S. State, District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction.

**Salary**

The estimated salary range for this position is $122,198 - $158,860 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
