Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team in Medford, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • One year medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
