Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare for duties at the start of each shift, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Enter orders, schedule work, and supervise team members to ensure that production goals are met.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, package and wrap baked goods, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure that all work surfaces, tools, and equipment are clean and sanitized, and that all floors and counters are free of debris.
• Oversee the Starbucks area and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid identification.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days and meet the company performance standards for the job.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job, and must be able to perform all job functions safely.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing for 55% of the shift, sitting for 0%, and walking for 45%. The maximum lift/carry weight is 50 lbs, and the job cycles include continual max lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
