Job Opportunity

We are looking for an Office Support Professional to join our team at Trotter Workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in supporting our financial operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including accounts receivable, billing, contracts using SAGE software, AIA service invoices, job costing, WIP (Work in Progress), payroll through ADP, sales tax reporting, and state and township tax reporting.

Requirements
  • A strong working knowledge of SAGE Accounting program is essential for this role.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant handling accounting duties is required.
  • Experience with sales tax and payroll through ADP is also necessary.
  • A Notary Public License is a plus but not mandatory.

  • A competitive salary of $64,000 - $69,000 per year, depending on experience.
