Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Website Growth Manager to join our team at XQ, a leading organization dedicated to rethinking the high school experience. This role will be responsible for driving website growth and conversion rates while maintaining our brand's high visual and voice standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the front door of our main website and other web properties. As a key member of our growth and marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tell the story of XQ's work and products, growing our community through optimized user journeys and insights-driven content.

You will develop a comprehensive optimization strategy for the website, focusing on improving conversion rates and user experience. Using experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies, you will validate hypotheses and continuously optimize the website.

• Define Strategy: Develop a strategic approach for the XQ website, prioritizing growth, conversion, and impact of XQ products.
• Manage Roadmap: Oversee the website roadmap to ensure timely launches of content and features that support products and campaigns.
• Optimize User Experience: Implement a comprehensive optimization strategy, focusing on improving conversion rates and user engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights and inform website improvements.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execute website development efficiently.

• 5+ years in website management or related field with a track record of driving website growth and improvement.
• Proven experience in project management, UX principles, web design best practices, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Strong understanding of web analytics tools, data visualization platforms, and frontend development technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
