We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Simply Biotech. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective manufacturing of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations: Assist in the preparation of diluent buffers, final drug product formulation, and component washing and sterilization for upstream and downstream activities.
- Facility Sanitization: Oversee the sanitization of the facility, including the management of critical manufacturing inventory, such as cleanroom garments.
- Project Execution: Execute specifically assigned projects, including ordering supplies and communicating project status to senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards set by regulations and in accordance with current NBS policies and procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Familiarize yourself with equipment in a sterile drug manufacturing environment, including steam sterilizers, depyrogenation ovens, filling equipment, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Aseptic Technique: Demonstrate aseptic technique and cleanroom behavioral concepts.
- Education: Associate's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing aseptic, cleanroom environment.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to lift 30 lbs and work from a standing position for prolonged time periods.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60k-$75k/yr and a dynamic work environment.
