Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting. As a LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state where you practice.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
