K1 Speed Inc is the nation's leading indoor electric karting destination, offering a unique and exciting experience for customers of all ages. Our mission is to provide a fun and safe environment for guests to enjoy racing and entertainment.

The Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shift activities, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of facility appearance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash handling duties including preparation of tills, change fund maintenance, and preparation of deposits ($45,000 - $65,000 per annum)
  • Providing excellent customer service and auditing customer experience
  • Ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with management to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe facility
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience and a successful track record, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
