We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting and applying advanced health science expertise and research skills to complex client challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments and administer and interpret a wide range of psychological tests, including cognitive and personality measures.
- Apply expertise in research methodology, psychometrics, and statistical analysis of complex behavior using varied data sources and formats.
- Provide high-quality psychological reports and communicate effectively with internal and external mission partners.
- Travel to remote sites to provide service and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
- 10+ years of experience as an operational psychologist, national security psychologist, forensic psychologist, personnel psychologist, police psychologist, military psychologist, or corrections psychologist.
- Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology and licensed U.S. Clinical Psychologist.
- Excellent interviewing skills, including performing risk assessments, and excellent customer service skills.
- 1+ years of experience with conducting or reviewing forensic psychological assessments and providing psychological consultation in an intelligence community setting.

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 annualized USD.
