We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ambercare, one of the largest Home Health Care companies in the State of New Mexico.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Ambercare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and licensed in the state
  • At least one year of clinical practical nursing experience, preferably in intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical surgical nursing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance
