Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backroom Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
  • Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
  • Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
