We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Greenwood Psychotherapy & Consulting, a practice deeply rooted in integrity, safety, autonomy, and beneficence. Our ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, families, or groups in North Carolina, addressing various mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being.

Our flexible W-2 position offers a generous compensation package, including a healthcare stipend, matching 401(k), education/professional fees stipend, and in-house supervision for LCSW-A level clinicians. This opportunity is perfect for those who value autonomy and flexibility, with the option to work from home on a part-time basis (some in-office hours are required).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Offer treatment for behavioral health issues within your chosen area(s) of practice.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • LCSW, LCSW-A, or LCMHC License in North Carolina **MUST HAVE A CURRENT, ACTIVE LICENSE FROM A NORTH CAROLINA LICENSING BOARD**.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one evidence-based treatment model.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
