As a RAYUS CT Technologist, you will be an integral member of our internal travel team, providing services across various markets nationwide. This role offers the chance to enhance your expertise on diverse systems while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. All travel-related expenses are covered by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(80%) Patient Imaging:
Conduct routine and advanced CT imaging procedures on specified body areas for diagnostic purposes, ensuring minimal supervision and repeat scans. Evaluate patients prior to examinations for any necessary precautions or contraindications. Prepare patients for CT procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly for optimal scanning, and offering support throughout the procedure. Generate diagnostic images in designated areas and perform assigned quality control tasks. Adjust scanning parameters as required, utilizing dose reduction techniques appropriately. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and their families as needed. Adhere strictly to physicians' directives and safety regulations to ensure the protection of yourself, patients, and colleagues. Foster positive relationships with radiologists, referring customers, and fellow associates. Maintain accurate patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS). Keep a tidy and organized workspace to promote safety for patients and coworkers. Uphold ACR toolkit and accreditation standards.

(15%) Imaging Support:
Ensure equipment is functioning properly; clean and disinfect tools after each use. Assist in maintaining an up-to-date radiographic protocol manual. Monitor the inventory of medical supplies. Support the training of new associates by providing resources and technical guidance.

(5%) Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
