Healthcare Support Permanent Placement is currently seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist for a role in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory and ensure compliance with established protocols.
~ Act as the primary technical and clinical resource for laboratory staff, providing guidance and support.
~ Facilitate effective communication among team members, healthcare professionals, and patients to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Shift Details:
~ 8-hour shifts, with specific scheduling to be determined.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
~ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
~ Valid laboratory supervisor license.
~ Proficiency in Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, and Hematology.
