Job Title: Procedure Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procedure Content Manager to join our team at Cross Resource Group. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our station operations procedures to ensure they are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nuclear power plant systems and components, as well as excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills.

This role offers a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain station operations procedures
  • Ensure compliance with license basis documents and regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to determine correct operation and testing of systems
  • Provide technical expertise on procedure-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations or procedure writing
  • Strong understanding of nuclear power plant systems and components
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills
