Tractor Trailer Mechanic

Fraza / Vitan Equipment is seeking a skilled Tractor Trailer Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on our fleet of semis and tractor trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with tractor trailers and semis
• Install and repair equipment, including hydraulic systems and electrical components
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all vehicles are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a tractor trailer technician or OTR repair technician
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
