We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our restaurant as a Restaurant Operations Leader.

As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring seamless operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include managing a multi-million dollar business, training employees, responding to guest needs, and modeling exemplary behaviors within the restaurant. You will also be responsible for providing leadership, recognizing and motivating employees, and coaching the team for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. You will be a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and will be committed to our company's mission and values.

What We Offer: A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including paid vacation, free meals with every shift, 401(k) with company match, healthcare options, and development opportunities.
