Role Summary
The Senior Project Engineer will be an integral part of our Transportation Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in construction engineering administration and inspection.
- Plan and coordinate the work of subordinate staff.
- Develop and review policies, methods, and procedures.
- Evaluate work programs at both state and local levels.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to market and pursue projects with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of CEI experience on transportation projects, including 2+ years in major road or bridge construction, or 5+ years in major bridge construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Current Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
