We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of our clinics by identifying patient care issues and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assess patient health through interviews, physical examinations, and medical histories.
  • Determine abnormal conditions by administering diagnostic tests and interpreting results.
  • Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, including injections, immunizations, and wound management.
  • Instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic regimens, wellness, and health maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of clinical management systems, medical principles, and patient care aids.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree and certification by a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certifying body.
  • A DEA license with no restrictions.
  • BLS certification.
  • Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care settings is preferred.
Expectations:
  • Work collaboratively with other providers and healthcare practitioners to efficiently treat patients and plan coordinated dispositions.
  • Prepare clear, complete, and accurate medical records for each patient.
  • Devote additional time to attend to patients, conduct dictations, complete paperwork, and perform administrative duties.
  • Work collaboratively with other ConvenientMD-employed practitioners to develop daily work schedules, vacation time, and on-call schedules.
  • Represent and promote the Centers' practice in public and professional meetings, conferences, and interactions with the public and other healthcare practitioners.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner, communicate with others in a timely and respectful manner, and cooperate with colleagues and staff to facilitate high-quality patient care.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and sit for hours at a time.
  • Manual dexterity for clinical requirements.
  • Lift 50lbs.
