About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to our members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
