About the Role

This Inventory / Project Coordinator position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate tracking of materials, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with project scheduling and execution.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and coordinate reordering as needed.
  2. Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Work with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory procurement and delivery schedules.
Project Support:
  1. Assist in planning and scheduling project activities, ensuring materials and resources are available.
  2. Track project progress, update stakeholders, and identify potential delays.
  3. Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in inventory tracking systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in inventory management, project coordination, or a related field.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management.
  2. Familiarity with specific software or tools relevant to the role.

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $55,000 per year.
