Job Description

We are seeking skilled assemblers to join our team in Daleville, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install hydraulic and electrical components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Use manual and power tools to assemble and install components
  • Test and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Work in a team environment to meet production goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Daleville, VA. The work environment is manufacturing/production and not climate controlled. The dress code is plain colored T-shirts, jeans, and steel-toe footwear.

Shifts and Pay:

Shifts available are 1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm, 2nd shift: 3:15pm - 11:45pm, and 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am. First shift pays $18.50/hr, while second and third shifts pay $20.00 per hour.
