Banquet Server

As a Banquet Server at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events and functions. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Banquet Server.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure total guest satisfaction in banquet functions through effective communication skills and efficient anticipation of guest requirements.
• Carry out policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Management Company.
• Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and effective solution-oriented communications within the department and with other departments.
• Ensure that set-up, service, and breakdown of functions is completed according to the details of the function sheet.
• Comply with all sanitation standards and health department regulations as outlined in the training manual.
Requirements
• Minimum one year in service position within the food service industry.
• Liquor experience preferred. Banquet experience helpful. Customer service experience necessary.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and leadership skills.
