Spiritual Director

Job Title: Spiritual Director

We are seeking a highly qualified Spiritual Director to join our team at Ladgov Corporation in Hopewell, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing religious instruction and guidance to participants in our program.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience instructing in a correctional setting or as a clergy person within the faith community. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a Master of Divinity (or equivalent) being preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:
- Provide religious instruction based on expertise related to Transition Issues components of LCP.
- Work closely with the Chaplain Program Manager and other program staff to develop the program and gauge progress of individual participants.
- Attend one planning meeting each year related to program development and participate in team meetings, departmental meetings, and other meetings.

Requirements:
- Experience instructing in a correctional setting or as a clergy person within the faith community.
- Minimum of five years of documented experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Graduate education such as a Master of Divinity (or equivalent) is preferred.
