About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Medical Support Team at Knapp Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
  • Provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment by ensuring patient rooms are clean and organized, and that equipment is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.
