Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement clinical practice standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the OR, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement education and training programs for nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
- Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Perioperative experience required, with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
