**Compensation Package:**

  • $85,000 - $115,000 per year based on experience
  • Generous benefits, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) employer match and vacation pay

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop detailed project estimates, considering scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements
  • Evaluate vendor quotes and analyze post-bid pricing to ensure competitive bids
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of project estimates, including bid history and cost analysis

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; alternatively, a minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy civil/site estimating
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including HCSS Estimate, Agtek, and MS Office
