As a Senior IT Manager, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce and other CRM applications to drive digital customer experiences. You'll also be responsible for staffing, coaching, and leading highly engaged individuals and teams, and for presenting to clients and decision-makers to sell ideas and solutions.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and RUP, and with experience in managing large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions. If you're a motivated and results-driven leader with a passion for innovation and customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences and execute efficient software delivery processes
- Collaborate with business partners and customers to create product vision and roadmaps
- Staff, coach, and lead highly engaged individuals and teams
- Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies and insights
- Leverage Salesforce platforms to innovate and drive digital customer experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce and/or other CRM application management experience
- 7+ years of staffing, organizing, and leading multiple development/delivery teams
- 5+ years of experience operating in scaled Agile software delivery environments
- Current Salesforce certifications preferred
Compensation:
$127,050.00/Year - $165,000.00/Year
