About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Percepta. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Description

The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering customized, easy, and effortless experiences to our luxury customers. You will own the customer experience from start to finish, building rapport and anticipating needs through authentic connection and curiosity. Your role will involve promptly processing and answering/ resolving customer inquiries, concerns or technical questions, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools and taking the appropriate action with utmost priority, speed, and accuracy to ensure service level metrics are achieved and excellent service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer experience from start to finish, building rapport and anticipating needs through authentic connection and curiosity.
  • Promptly process and answer/resolving customer inquiries, concerns or technical questions, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools and taking the appropriate action with utmost priority, speed, and accuracy to ensure service level metrics are achieved and excellent service is provided.
  • Understand the use of technology, scripts, and product knowledge. Actively listens to the customer providing answers, while controlling the call to lead the customer in an efficient professional manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma (required); an associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Four (4) years of experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Experience with customer contact systems
