Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to a safe and clean hospital environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of relevant and current experience in Labor & Delivery or a related field.
