About You:

We're seeking a full-time sales and service representative to join our team at Westfield Topanga. As a sales and service representative with Venus Et Fleur, you'll have the opportunity to take extra time to understand our customers' needs and provide an extraordinary customer service experience. Your primary responsibility will be to help us build strong relationships with our customers, while growing your career. At Venus Et Fleur, we're committed to our team members and want you to flourish.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language
  • Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • Customer service focus
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Available work rotating weekly schedule
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Requirements + Qualifications:

  • Timeliness; reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail
  • Full open weekend availability
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing
  • At least 2-3 years of luxury retail experience
  • This is considered a 'key holder' position, you will be expected to open and close the store
