Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Anoka Homestead Rehab & Living Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to state and local laws, as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform treatments as required.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in shift routines, policy, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Report any suspected abuse or neglect, adhering to facility policy.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse/LPN in the state of practice.
- Maintain a current CPR Certification.
- Effective communicator with staff, families, and outside agencies.
- Ability to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
- Customer service oriented with knowledge of successful customer service techniques.
