Tanning Consultant

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients to understand their tanning needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
• Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

$13.50 per hour
