About Our Company: Founded in 1978, we are a family-owned and operated business committed to our community. We are in search of a qualified candidate to fill an entry-level Street Sweeper Operator/Driver role, providing insight into our operations with the potential for advancement into management. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, available throughout the week, and has some mechanical knowledge. A clean driving record is essential, along with a mandatory CDL B license that includes an air brakes endorsement. Previous experience in construction is beneficial, and verifiable employment references are required. We uphold a drug-free workplace and conduct pre-employment and random testing to ensure safety.

New operators will undergo an extensive training period, mentored by experienced professionals for up to 4 weeks. After training, a peer mentor will continue to assist in your growth.
