Job Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper A05, your primary duties will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest accommodations in accordance with established protocols, which involves making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and following up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Upholding the cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and outdoor spaces.
  • Managing laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, and folding linens while adhering to care instructions.
  • Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, coordinating with supervisors for replenishment.
  • Performing general cleaning tasks in employee areas to maintain a comfortable environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to follow safety regulations. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing, bending, and lifting objects.

Working Environment:
This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to various cleaning agents and equipment.
