We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuro ICU/SICU Nurse to join our team at RCM Health Care Services. As a critical care travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU/SICU
- Assess and manage patients with complex medical and surgical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in unit-specific initiatives to improve patient safety and quality of care
- 1-2 years of experience in the care of trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
- EPIC EMR experience
- Level 1 trauma or large hospital Level 2 trauma experience
- Ability to work three 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm- 7am)
- Ability to float between critical care areas: MICU, CCU, CPS, Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit
- Travel pay package (40 hour work week)
- $37.50 an hour taxed
- Weekly tax-free stipends ($798.00 for housing) ($483.00 for meals and incidentals)
- $500.00 travel allowance ($250.00 to assignment and $250.00 from assignment)
- 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, $500.00 referral bonus
