Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a hybrid position that offers a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare financial statements and perform variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Controller to develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in general accounting reporting and analysis, providing insights to drive business growth.
  • Partner with various departments to achieve company objectives and drive business success.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and contribute to the development of the accounting and finance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • CPA or CPA candidate status is a plus, but not required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and bonus structure.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year.
