Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Performance Engineer who can lead analysis, evaluation, and integration of cloud-based systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance on the design and delivery of a network infrastructure optimized for performance and resilience.

You will provide cloud engineering expertise to support the design, delivery, and integration of infrastructure, platform, applications, and process solutions with cloud environments. Additionally, you will guide and mentor development teams to expand cloud competencies and establish application, environment uptime and utilization scaling parameters and metrics for monitoring and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis, evaluation, and integration of cloud-based systems
  • Provide guidance on the design and delivery of a network infrastructure optimized for performance and resilience
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
  • Mentor and guide development teams to expand cloud competencies
  • Establish application, environment uptime and utilization scaling parameters and metrics for monitoring and enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Seven (7) or more years' experience dealing with cloud system requirements, system development and implementation, system testing, etc.
  • Experience with Federal Government, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers
  • A CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI federal security clearance with COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant certifications and training in cloud based technology and systems integration
